In order to be a good shape, we have to exercise and eat healthy.

However it is so hard to eat healthy now.

Fast food restaurants everywhere and so easy to get junk foods.

It takes a lot of effort to eat healthy.

But it is never too late to start.

So go have a fruit, it is good for you!
